Default opinions on my W/Mo (i know, done a lot...but)

Yes, I know the W/Mo build has been done to death, but i just switched from a W/R to a W/Mo...it's working out pretty good so far, even with my low energy (20) i can still find ways to cast lots of healing...it runs low at times, though.

so here it is. keep it mind this is mainly for soloing, so i wont need to be resing anybody with this.

Healing Prayers 9
Strenth 2 (originally 0, helmet gives me 2...does strength affect anything, really? no strength skills.)
Swordsmanship 12 (usually 11, +1 rune)
Tactics 9 (will higher tactics make my tactics shield better?)

Frenzy
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Seeking Blade
Vigourous Spirit
Healing Touch
Healing Breeze

this all seems to be working out, places i couldn't get to even with a hench or two i can now get to alone with no death, and never getting below 20% health, but do you guys reccomend i replace something? i read over the warrior basics thread, and didn't really like any of that, so i just kept my old swordsmanship skills and added some monk skills that sounded helpful.

i was looking over this, and wondering if i needed healing breeze and touch. i like touch, because it gives me instant health fast, and i like breeze becase it gives me high regenerating health for 10 seconds.

i'm looking for a skill that gives me energy regen, because i can see my 20 energy starting to run really low. i removed some warrior skills from my old warrior/ranger to save energy. i know of bonetti's defense, but i don't really like this skill.

I can understand the use of Frenzy in PvP as warrior aren't targeted often but late in PvE not sure about Frenzy, thats pretty painful and causes your death quicker I say, get battle rage instead.

I'd exchange healing touch and healing breeze with Live Vicariously and Balthazars Spirit. And i'd exchange Frenzy with hundred blades. Yes i know... a lot of people think this is the worst skill ever but in combination with Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit it makes for a powerful Instant Heal.

PVE Wise only, as you'll be counting on getting hits.

About tactics, as you are not using any shield skill at all, raise it as high as you need to use your shield and just leave it alone after that.

About Strength, uhm yes it does influence something. Namely: Damage. And it brings some nice skills with it like Charge or Sprint. It is a nice attribute for a warrior.

my shield is tactics-based. i'm looking to buy another shield once i get the money thats strength based. even though its a collectors shield and its not the nicest looking one, i can't bring myself to buying a shield that's not as good, just more rare or cooler looking. its the crimson caraprace shield.

i wish i could change frenzy with 100 blades, but thanks to a certain unamed developer, i won't be reciving it until the end of the game.

and does anyone know if the troll boss in front of draknor carries battle rage anymore? i read that he does, but i've gone through the cave and fought him 4 or 5 times now, and he doesn't have it.

so strength affects damage? i haven't noticed a drop in damage from my sword since i lowered it.

edit--
oh, nevermind. 6th time's a charm, i guess. got battle rage.

Strength gives you some armour-piercing, which is wonderfully handy and will definitely help increase damage, yes. I think it's all spelled out in the description if you mouse-over the attribute, but maybe not.

For Pve, you need 4 tatic for Bonetti's Defense and 10 healing for Vigorous Spirit and Live Vicariously. Also get ride of sword and switch to Axe because Cyclone axe is GOD in PVE. Each hit you will get 20 hp and if you get surround by 5 monsters, use cyclone axe and each cyclone axe you will gain 20+20+20+20+20 hp. Combine Cyclone axe with Bonetti's defense you will be unstoppable. I've solo 5 lvl 20 monsters alone with my W/Mo alone easly

Problem with balthazars spirit is that warriors dont have enough energy to use it.

Here's what I do with my w/mo... He's pretty much unstoppable vs just melee guys. He hasn't done any of the attribute quests yet, so yeah...

4 Healing
10 Str
12 Swordsmanship
10 Tactics

Flurry
Healing Signet
Balthazar's Spirit
For Great Justice
Mending
Watch Yourself
Sever Artery
Gash

Okay.. doesn't look special, but here's how it works.

Cast the two enchants, then go wade into battle. You should have 3 energy, if you're impatient like me. I have the same "in stance" shield as you, so I activate flurry ASAP to get the -2dmg bonus, and build up adrenaline.

After a few hits you can activate Watch Yourself, and start the sever-gash combo. By now you should have enough energy to cast For Great Justice, this just speeds things up.

Keep flurry on constantly, and recast Watch Yourself. If you need a heal, make sure both your stance and Watch yourself are up. It barely hurts that way.

I don't know how this stands up against the cyclone/vicariously/vigorous combo, but it works just fine for me. Plus the strength adds some oomph to my two stupid attack skills.

I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I can take on maybe 2 lvl 18 at the most. I have farmed drakes in kryta but i want to move on to the stuff in crystal desert or even beyond that. My problem is that i can compensate for the damage i am taking. this is the build i am using:

Healing Prayers: 10
Axe Mastery: 9 + 1 (10)
Tactics: 10 + 2 (12)


Cyclone Axe
Penetrating Blow
Executioners Strike
Gladiators Defense
Healing Signet
Vigorous Spirit
Live Vicariously
Balthazars Spirit

Do you guys think that maybe i need to get my timing better or is there something i could change with this build. (this build came from Firstwave....dont want to take credit)I want to farm stuff at higher lvls but i just cant seem to do it.
